I had to cut my workout short today. After many hours in the car these past 2 days, my right knee is hurting. I was hopeful I’d be ready today, but I started to feel pain after a just 6 minutes. I had tried to push through pain like this in the past and wound up injuring my knee, which kept me from excerising for several weeks. This time I has the good sense to know that I’m better off resting for a day and staying the course in all other aspects. In the words of fitness expert Tony Horton(creator of P90X)….
