Today when I woke up, I spring out of bed and decided I was going to the gym early. I then proceeded to sit around and catch-up on what I had missed on my cell phone. After spending about 45 minutes checking my Facebook news feed and other internet news that really didn’t matter, I came up with a whole lot of excuses to skip the gym. Eventually I told myself to go and I started to change into my gym clothes before my mind could start making excuses to talk me out of it. I just finished my workout and I feel so much better than I would’ve had I allowed myself to push it off until tomorrow. And as many of you know, you’ll find a reason to quit tomorrow as well if you let yourself.
Always remind yourself to immediately take the first step when a good idea hits you. It creates momentum towards the change you desire.
Never stop believing in yourself! Talk to you tomorrow 🙂

Indeed, that 1st step is often the most difficult. It’s okay to wobble a bit — we find our footing (become grounded) that way. Like babies learning to walk in order to eventually run!
