In the spirit of New Year’s resolutions, I’d like to share my 2-step plan to change for the better.
2-Step Plan
Step 1- Commit to changing your behavior.
Step 2- Shut up and do it!
That’s it! No need to over complicate it. You’ve got this!
Never stop believing in yourself! Talk to you soon 🙂

Simplicity is Wonderful. Commit to a behavior and do it. Reminds me of Jocko Wilink’s masterful advice, discipline = freedom.
Keep up the good fight.

Hmm, interesting thoughts. I wonder what are the factors that stop people doing step 2? Perhaps it’s more than just laziness. I actually am planning to create a post on my own blog that tries to break it down a little bit more to help understand. What do you think?

You are right. There are many reasons people have trouble committing. It’s a great topic for you to write on.
